LOCAL AUTHORITY LIAISON

We can help guide you through the processes of gaining the correct permissions and licences required by Scottish Local Authorities and Venue owners. 

We can attend the Saftey Advisory Groups to support you in the process of delivering the event.

We also have an excellent working relationship with a number of emergency services. 

RISK ASSESSMENTS & SAFETY PLANS

Once we have talked through your event plan and reviewed your Health & Safety requirements, a detailed document will be created to outline the working processes involved for your event. This will include the practial controls to be carried out and what paperwork required for your event. This document can be fully branded up, so it can be submitted to clients and key stakeholders such as Safety Advisory Group (SAG) of your Local Authority.

PARADES & PROCESSIONS

We can help guide you through the processes of gaining the correct permissions and licences required by Scottish Local Authorities.

We are also able to guide you through the health & safety requirements and the ways to keep the Parade or procession safe for all participants and spectators.
